Ice Material

I wanted to look at some good principles of using Material Editor in UE, so I did a little study on Paragon Ice Material (with help of this breakdown). I did modify it slightly for my needs especially with tiling some textures and dissolve, but mostly just focused on seeing the approach people at Epic chose while working on this shader.
I'm also planning on making it transparent and doing some fun volumetric stuff on it later :D
