I wanted to experiment a bit with Polar Coordinates and Voronoi as those 2 sound pretty fun together! My first intention wasn't to make a weapon of ultimate destruction, but at some point when I've offsetted vertices using that texture then I realized what I have really created! Then just did some tweaking and ended up with a pretty cool result. It might work really well with some particles or even a volumetric fog over the ground.
(Probably should have made it with tessalation, but I'm lazy!)
